MSU’s Nick Hill, now healthy, finds footing as senior

EAST LANSING – In 2007, when Michigan senior running back Mike Hart made “little brother” a thing, a sophomore at Chelsea High had people convinced he was Hart’s actual little brother.

Nick Hill was a regular at U-M games then, a recruiting target of the Wolverines and many others — and, like Hart, a diminutive runner with a plus-sized personality. The 5-foot-9 Hart and 5-8 Hill became pals. They told people they were related.

After Michigan’s 28-24 comeback win at Michigan State, when Hart compared MSU to a “little brother” trying in vain to beat his big brother in a pickup basketball game, there might have been a snicker or two coming from Chelsea. - Read more at Freep.com
