Spartans should ignore U-M’s brazen stupidity

EAST LANSING — Michigan State’s dominance of the world’s stupidest football program continued Saturday.

The Wolverines somehow can’t escape their own smugness, even as it’s beaten out of them.

Michigan — sporting a 3-4 record, having lost five of six to MSU, with a coach already walking the plank — decided it would be a good idea to set the tone Saturday by sticking a stake into the Spartan Stadium grass just before kickoff.

This coincided with the University of Michigan announcing it will eliminate “Critical Thinking and Logic” from its curriculum.
