MSU’s Mylan Hicks (arm) could make return vs. Ohio St.

EAST LANSING – Michigan State may get a significant defensive piece back in time for its next game — Nov. 8 at Spartan Stadium against Ohio State.

MSU coach Mark Dantonio said Sunday night on his weekly teleconference that senior linebacker Mylan Hicks could be back in time for that 8 p.m. ABC telecast, the game that likely will decide the Big Ten East champ and eliminate a College Football Playoff hopeful.

“There is a chance possibly, from what I understand,” Dantonio said of Hicks, who suffered a broken arm Oct. 4 against Nebraska and was said to be out five weeks. “It may be right on the edge there of his time back.” - Read more Freep.com
