MSU plans to watch Ohio State closely Saturday
EAST LANSING – It’s an off day for Michigan State players and coaches, though they’ll be watching live from various locales Saturday when Ohio State — the next opponent on the schedule — hosts Illinois at 8 in a game televised on ABC.
The No. 8 Spartans (7-1, 4-0 Big Ten) had one practice this week, focusing on getting fresh while coaches hit the road for some recruiting trips.
