- I am thinking there is so much shared hatred for the University of Michigan by both Ohio State and Michigan State, that the two teams and their respective fan bases will just sing Kumbaya and have a pillow fight for three hours Saturday night
- I will be really surprised if Nebraska goes unscathed remainder of the regular season. They might even drop two. And that would be tragic for Michigan State as it relates to their College Football Playoff berth chances (providing they, of course, knock off Ohio State). Sparty needs to have the Huskers riding high for style points sake when knocking them off in the Big 10 Championship game in Indy on Dec. 6 (if that indeed happens).
- So on Saturday, Drake Johnson comes out of nowhere for the Michigan Wolverines and churns up 122 yards on 16 carries and scores two touchdowns against Indiana. I talked to him before the season started, and he seemed really confident that he was going to be given a lot of opportunity to contribute. Great kid, btw. So how come it took until November until Brady Hoke actually gave him a shot? Something’s weird about that.
