MSU now has more prep time for Rutgers, less for U-M

EAST LANSING – The final East Coast snow tally is to be determined, but it’s massive enough to bump the Michigan State-Rutgers game from a scheduled 9 p.m. Tuesday tip to 6 p.m. Thursday.

That means MSU’s final prep-time tallies for this week’s games against Rutgers and Michigan this week are reversed – the Spartans (13-7, 4-3 Big Ten) will end up with four days to get ready for the Scarlet Knights (10-11, 2-6) and two to prepare for U-M’s Sunday visit to Breslin Center. - Read more at Freep.com
