Dawson uncertain for Saturday’s game at Indiana

East Lansing — Michigan State forward Branden Dawson is questionable for Saturday’s game at Indiana, the team said on Thursday.

The 6-foot-6 senior left Wednesday’s game against Purdue after taking an elbow to the right side of the face midway through the first half.

“He was walking around down there, but he was out of it when I went in at halftime. He was flat on the table,” Michigan State coach Tom Izzo said after the game. “I have no idea right now. He says he feels a little better. He was bleeding a little bit early and he was out of it. At the end here he was at least a lot more with it and we’re just gonna have to wait and see.” - Read more at DetNews.com
