NFL Free Agency 3-day Negotiating Period Now Open

Saturday at 12:00 PM EST marked the opening of the ‘legal tampering’ period. 3-day window to negotiate terms with designated free agents. They cannot offer or agree to a deal ‘on the record’ but off the record a lot of deals are going to all but locked in place this weekend.
