EAST LANSING – Now that he knows Branden Dawson will play Friday, Michigan State coach Tom Izzo is working on the “play well” part.

A repeat of last March would do for the Spartans — Dawson was named the most outstanding player in leading MSU to the Big Ten tournament title, and he averaged 15.7 points and 8.1 rebounds in a seven-game postseason that ended in the Elite Eight. - Read more at Freep.com
