Once again, MSU a trendy NCAA tourney pick

EAST LANSING – The narrative is different this year, but not as different as you might expect for a Michigan State team that lost two first-round picks and a point guard from last year’s Elite Eight team.

Back then, just about everyone on TV with a bracket was picking the Spartans to win it all – including President Barack Obama.
