MSU’s Matt Costello has successful knee surgery

EAST LANSING — The left knee that bothered Michigan State junior center Matt Costello more and more as the season progressed has been repaired, and it won’t keep him out long.

MSU announced in a press release today that the 6-foot-9 Costello had successful arthroscopic surgery on the knee Tuesday, and that he “will be out a couple weeks before resuming full basketball activity.” - Read more at Freep.com
