EAST LANSING – Score it a two-game sweep for Michigan State’s defense over its offense this spring, which is at least a mild surprise even though defenses often have the edge on offenses at this time of year.

The defense won the second and last full scrimmage of the spring today, 43-37 – both sides are awarded points for a variety of plays – and thanks to a defensive touchdown, a safety and two more interceptions of starting quarterback Connor Cook. - Read more at Freep.com
