MSU’s Mark Dantonio cautions: ‘Success is fleeting’
EAST LANSING – Mark Dantonio’s latest reminder that Michigan State is “selling results” while others are “selling hope” got all the attention, but that wasn’t the most interesting thing he said this week on an ESPN podcast.
It was when host Zubin Mehenti asked Dantonio if MSU is at a national championship level that Dantonio gave a more revealing response. Dantonio reminded that that last fall, MSU had leads on Oregon and Ohio State before losing both games in an 11-2 season. - Read more at Freep.com
