WR Andre Sims Jr. will transfer from MSU

East Lansing – Wide receiver Andre Sims Jr. has been granted a release from his scholarship, Michigan State announced on Tuesday.

Sims, who graduated last Friday with a degree in journalism, has one year of eligibility remaining and will seek to play elsewhere. A three-year letterwinner, the native of Snellville, Ga., had 13 career receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown. He also returned 27 punts for 224 yards. - Read more at DetNews.com
