Robertson gives MSU pair of 4-star DEs in one weekend

It was the top-ranked player in Illinois on Friday and the top-ranked player in Indiana on Sunday, a pair of defensive ends who may some day attack quarterbacks from opposite sides for Michigan State.

Auston Robertson of Fort Wayne, Ind., continued the Spartans’ spring surge on the recruiting trail with a commitment today, two days after Josh King of Darien, Ill., pledged for MSU. They are the two highest-ranked commitments for MSU’s class of 2016, which has reached 15 and is pushing for top-5 status in the recruiting services’ rankings. - Read more at Freep.com
