Michigan State defense braces for Ohio State QB J.T. Barrett, league’s total offense leader

EAST LANSING — Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett has made a great first impression on the Big Ten this season, and Michigan State defenders Marcus Rush and Kurtis Drummond have seen enough film to understand why.

“Definitely he’s an athletic player, he’s very similar to Braxton (Miller), he has a good arm, he can run the ball, he’s very versatile,” said Rush, the Spartans’ senior starting defensive end. “So, much like with Braxton and with a defense like we have, we have to make sure we can contain him and stop him from making big plays.” - Read more at MLive.com
