Michigan State senior tailback Jeremy Langford accepts Senior Bowl invitation

EAST LANSING — Michigan State tailback Jeremy Langford has accepted an invitation to the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., according to a release Monday from the all-star game.

Langford joins teammate Kurtis Drummond, a senior safety who committed last week to the heavily NFL scouted college football all-star function which begins with practice Jan. 20 and ends with the game at Ladd Stadium on Jan. 24.

Langford enjoyed his 13th consecutive game against Big Ten competition where he has rushed for 100 yards or more, picking up half of his 138 yards in the fourth quarter as the No. 10-ranked Spartans pulled away for a 37-15 win at Maryland. - Read more at MLive.com
