Mark Dantonio says Connor Cook and Montae Nicholson will be team captains in their careers

EAST LANSING — Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio predicted on his radio show that junior quarterback Connor Cook and true freshman safety Montae Nicholson will be captains at some point in their careers.

“Both of these guys will be captains at some point,” Dantonio said with Cook and Nicholson sitting on stage with him at Reno’s East on Thursday night. “I know that they will.”
