Michigan State lands commitment from 2015 WR Darrell Stewart of Houston
EAST LANSING — Michigan State added another verbal commitment to its class of 2015 on Sunday night, when receiver Darrell Stewart from Houston, Texas, pledged his services to the Spartans.
Stewart was one of three players on the East Lansing campus this weekend on an official visit, joining early MSU signee Tyriq Thompson and Chicago defensive end prospect Raquen Williams.
Stewart is a 6-foot, 170-pound prospect from Houston’s Nimitz High School — the same high school that current Spartans’ receivers coach Terrence Samuel attended.
Stewart ranks as the No. 84 player in the state of Texas, according to the 247sports composite, and he’s slotted as the No. 65 athlete. - Read more at MLive.com
