MSU 85, Ark.-PB 52: Tom Izzo pleased, then disappointed

EAST LANSING – Settle in for the longest home stand of Tom Izzo’s 20-year career as MSU’s head coach – it should get interesting eventually.

The first of seven straight games at Breslin Center – the most consecutive home games at Michigan State since January of 1942, in fact – was an 85-52 laugher today over Arkansas-Pine Bluff of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.
