Hey Joe: Pat Narduzzi to Pitt? Wouldn’t be shocked

Nebraska? Wisconsin? These jobs weren’t viable options for Michigan State football coach Pat Narduzzi. I was surprised to hear some who claim to be informed say that they were.

Both are jobs that are a notch above seeking an unaffiliated assistant coach with no head coaching experience. Off the top of my head, I can’t recall one job at that level that went to a coach lacking head coaching experience AND history at the school. (I’m sure it has happened, I just can’t think of one.
