Calhoun announces return to MSU for senior season

EAST LANSING — If today is any indication of Shilique Calhoun’s ability to dominate, 2015 should be a good year for him and the Michigan State football team – he took over a press conference and a halftime at Breslin Center, giving the people the news they wanted to hear.

Calhoun, MSU’s leader in sacks as a junior defensive end this season and a two-time second-team All-American, announced he will return for his senior season. He was typically playful in doing so – after MSU coach Mark Dantonio surprisingly introduced Calhoun at a news conference for new defensive assistant Mark Snyder, Calhoun started by thanking Dantonio and saying: “I had a great four years at Michigan State University.” - Read more at Freep.com
