MSU’s Conklin, Cook, Calhoun likely high picks in ’16

The folks giving out awards for offensive line play might have missed it this season, but the folks evaluating NFL prospects didn’t: Michigan State sophomore left tackle Jack Conklin played like a first-round draft pick and might be the first tackle drafted if he decides to leave after next season.

That’s how ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. sees it, anyway. He envisions a 2016 first round that could include Conklin and MSU teammates Connor Cook and Shilique Calhoun. - Read more at Freep.com
