Ex-Lansing Catholic QB, Cooper Rush, and his CMU teammates nominated for ESPY Award for Bahamas Bowl Hail Mary

It was maybe the most memorable play for the entire bowl season last year – Cooper Rush’s 50-yard toss stared a chain of laterals and shake-n-bakes at gave the Chippewas a chance to pull out a victory or try for the tie. Then CMU head coach, Dan Enos, decided to go for 2-points. The conversion failed, but the play that gave them a chance on the final play lives on.

Fans can vote for the play at ESPN.com. The winner will be announced during the ESPY Awards program on July 15.
