Michigan State basketball player Eron Harris is suspended indefinitely after his arrest early on July 1. Harris is facing charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusing a preliminary breath test, according to East Lansing 54-B District Court records.
The OWI charge is a misdemeanor and comes with a maximum 93 days in jail and $500 fine.
Harris, a 21-year-old from Indianapolis and transfer from the University of West Virginia, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. July 1, a few hours after he played in the first night of Lansing’s Moneyball Pro-Am summer league. Harris is slated to be arraigned on July 17. – Read more at Freep.com
